These terms apply to use of the website and purchases from our store. They operate alongside our Privacy policy, Shipping policy and Refund policy. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights.

2. Product information

We aim to describe products, materials, sizes, availability and prices accurately. Screen settings can affect how colours appear. Products must nevertheless match their description and meet the standards required by applicable law.

3. Orders and payment

Please provide accurate contact and delivery details and review your order before paying. An order is an offer to buy; we confirm acceptance by email. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will tell you and refund any payment taken. Your statutory cancellation rights remain available after an order is accepted.

4. Prices, taxes and charges

Displayed product prices include applicable taxes. Standard delivery is free to supported destinations. Any optional paid delivery service and its cost will be displayed before payment. We cover import duties and import taxes, so customers do not pay extra import charges on receipt. Contact us if a carrier requests an import payment so we can arrange payment or reimburse an import charge you have paid.

The currency, discounts and final total are shown at checkout before you pay. Price changes apply to future orders and do not change an accepted order.

5. Shipping and delivery

Orders dispatch directly from overseas suppliers outside the UK. Our UK business address is not the dispatch warehouse. Processing and delivery estimates, tracking and supported destinations are described in our Shipping policy.

Delivery times are estimates. We remain responsible for delivering your order and will help resolve delays, loss or damage. For consumer orders delivered by our arranged carrier, the risk of loss or damage remains with us until you, or a person you nominate, takes physical possession of the goods.

6. Returns and cancellation

We offer free 30-day returns, including on sale items, with a prepaid return label and no return-postage deduction or restocking fee. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. This does not prevent consumers from using courts available to them under applicable law.
