Shipping & Returns

Free standard delivery

We currently deliver to the United Kingdom, the European Union and selected international destinations. Every order to those destinations qualifies for free standard delivery.

An optional Premium Tracked Delivery upgrade may also be available at checkout in the United Kingdom and selected international destinations.

Orders are typically processed and packed within 24 hours on business days.

Estimated delivery times

• Most destinations: 5–7 business days
• Destinations outside the European Union: 5–10 business days

Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed. Carrier, customs, weather and other delays outside our control can affect delivery times.

Tracking

Shipped orders include tracking. Please allow 2–3 days after dispatch for tracking activity to appear.

30-day free returns

You have 30 days after delivery to request a return. Email support@belt2ass.co with your order number. Accepted returns include a prepaid return label, so you will not be charged return postage.

Returned items must meet the eligibility conditions in our Refund Policy. After an approved return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional processing time.
